The Club Magna Charta is housed at The Ffort Raichak and comprises an array of facilities that can be used by its members and their families.

There are two categories of members - Resident Members and Ordinary Members. Resident Members are those persons who have become members by virtue of their acquiring a property from Ambuja Realty Group.

This membership is only to the original member. On transferring his property to somebody else, the membership ceases and the new buyer has to take a fresh membership on payment of necessary admission fee and annual subscription.

The Ordinary Members comprise eminent citizens of Kolkata etc. who are invited to frequently use the facilities at Raichak.
